Orders and Delivery

Depends on product type and which material. Each product is manufactured to order. Approximate lead times are shown within each product. See here for more detail.

We do offer an “Express Service” that will push your delivery time down. Please call us for more details: 0800 6124 965.

Our system updates customers via text and email throughout the manufacturing process. For example. It will notify once your product has gone to cutting stage, in production, when finish has been applied and when it has passed our QC process.

Approx 90% are delivered by our own staff. Our delivery team will put your products in a place of yur choice. 

All major debit/ credits cards (exc Amex). Bank transfer can also be arranged.

Payments must be made in full on day of order.

You can create an account whilst checking out online. This is not needed as updates are provided during manufacturing process.

Simply fill out the “Delivery Address” field during checkout. 

No. As per GDPR rules, all personal card details regarding payment are not saved.

Yes. All prices shown on website include VAT and are therefore not added at the end.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

If you have received a damaged item, you must contact us immediately before fitting. Goods that have been fitted/ installed are not covered due to the high risk they could have been damaged during fitting.

Unless purchasing items such as automation kits, all products are maufactured for you based on your design and size. As such they fall under bespoke products.

If you wish to return the goods back to us due to change of mind, you measured your gap incorrectly then you will only receive a 40% refund.

If we deliver your products to a wrongly submitted address, you may get an additional delivery charge applied. Please contact us.

As long as the goods have not gone into production you are able to change or cancel your order.
