The whole process from ordering to delivery was painless, chose online as price was good, phoned to order and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, delivery was just over a week which was super speedy. I called back before delivery to add a stain which again was no trouble for them. Kept in the loop the whole time with text and emails from both Gates and Fences and the delivery firm. We ordered a new front gate and side gate from Gates and Fences and are very happy with the results. Good communication throughout to make sure we ordered the correct sizes and the gates arrived swiftly upon accepting the quote.

I ordered on line at the weekend but had some questions that I raised on the order. I got a phone call on Monday am. this answered my questions and suggested a slight change to the order. This was cleared through by E-mail same day. Next day it entered production and arrived well packed on Friday. Quality seems great. Gates fitted easily and we have had many positive comments. Impressive service!

Our fitter sourced our new driveway gates from gates and fences. He has used them before and informed us of the quality. Nervously, we agreed. We didn’t see the gates before our fitters had finished. Now they’re up we are over the moon. I’m not a carpenter but can see the work that’s gone into them. Really happy with our fitter and the manufacturer.

Wow – what a great product and unbelievable customer service. From order to delivery was less than 10 days with detailed text status at every stage of the production and shipment. The online guidance regarding measuring was very clear and easy to follow. Now the driveway gates are installed they actually look better than I anticipated. Shipment packaging was seriously robust too. Will definitely be using again for my garden gates.
