This design is constructed using our Premium Frame, which includes chunkier 40mm x 40mm frame and inset with either pine, cedar or hardwood iroko timber combining the strength of the steel and beauty of the wood resulting in a much sturdier and higher quality appearance railing. When building our railings we allow the gate to “breathe” ensuring an expansion gap is left between the metal frame and the timber (along the cladding width) This helps to prevent from any un wanted railing movement or twisting of the frame .
