Height: Taken from lowest to highest point of the gate including the horns. We recommend a ground clearance from floor to bottom of gate of 50mm (2″) .

    This is the actual width the gate will arrive. To calculate, take three horizontal measurements between existing posts/ pillars. Reduce measurement by 20mm (4/5") to allow for hinge and opening clearance.

    Taken to the highest point of the gate.

    *SELECT HINGE SIDE

    Looking towards the rear of the gate, would the hinges be on the left or right hand side? 

    *HORN DESIGN

    Choose the design on the gate horns (left and right side).

How to Measure

Measuring for your new gate is actually a very simple process.

number one with circle   If existing posts/ pillars are in place, take three horizontal measurements. Top, middle and bottom as shown below.

Make a note of the SMALLEST width.

** If you are replacing the posts, take a measurement of the whole opening width and reduce size by the width of the posts. For example: Opening width of 1m 260mm minus 2x posts (at 68mm wide each) = 1m 124mm.

Take measurement from “Step 1” and reduce by 20mm. This is the actual gate size you need to order.
