It is an original design using traditional mortise and tenon joints to achieve a clean, classical look which is level across the top and has beautifully finished horns on either side of both gate panels. This Driveway Gate also includes long vertical panels of wood in the centre of which are tightly constructed using tongue-and-groove cladding for strength. All of our gates are built using the finest quality natural timber which expands and contracts very slightly with the seasons, so our hand-built construction methods allow for this to happen without compromising the beauty and strength of our Brentwood Line of Products.

The classic combination of long vertical panels in the centre of the gate and level top crowned with beautifully finished horns make this a particularly attractive side gate. Traditional, hand crafted construction techniques such as mortise and tenon joints and the use of wooden dowels instead of metal nails or screws that have a limited lifespan in wet weather. Thick frame, deep cladding and rear structural bracing for strength and durability.

Our doors are constructed to last. The thickness of the door is 70mm with the back bracing being 44mm x 70mm and t,g v cladding.Garage Door FrameOur garage door frames are made from matching 70mm x 70mm planed all round timber (to match the doors) and are tenoned on the legs and mortised on the head to suit.

An original designed Wooden Driveway Gate with traditional mortise and tenon joints. Fitted with a solid bottom timber 95mm x 70mm to allow for the fitting of wheels and a large middle rail to allow for upright fixings and runners.Sliding Gates (as one piece) can only be a maximum width of 11ft 10″ (3.6m). Sizes over this will require the gate to be in two sections that are then bolted together. This is to prevent the gate from twisting out of shape. All Sliding Driveway Gates will have a bottom brace to allow for rollers etc.When measuring for your sliding gates it is important to remember to add an additional 800mm.
