Individually hand made in the UK by skilled craftsmen using the finest materials to provide ultimate durability and quality. This design is constructed using our Premium Frame, which includes chunkier 40mm x 40mm frame and inset with either pine, cedar or hardwood iroko timber combining the strength of the steel and beauty of the wood resulting in a much sturdier and higher quality appearance railing. When building our railings we allow the gate to “breathe” ensuring an expansion gap is left between the metal frame and the timber (along the cladding width) This helps to prevent from any un wanted railing movement or twisting of the frame . All of our railings come complete with a 10 year workmanship guarantee.

• Wall fixings are provided as standard or you can buy the matching 40mm x 40mm posts that can be fixed into the ground.
• Width of Railing: Railings will be made to the size you order. It is good practice to allow a minimum of 5mm on the width for any tolerances and uneven walls etc
• Height of Railing: Taken to the highest point
• Gate Posts: Posts for railings are 40mm x 40mm

Measuring the width of your new railings:

If measuring between existing pillars then reduce size by 5 – 10mm to allow easy fitting. The railings come with wall fixings included but you do have the choice to purchase additional metal posts to fit into the ground.

Installing Railings:

Each panel purchased comes with 4x “L” brackets. Using self tapping screws, fix the “L” brackets to each corner (for aesthetical reasons, fix the brackets to the rear of the panel). Then attach the panel to the existing pillar/ post.
